Why was I charged several times for one reel?
Making a reel is more than one step — creating it and rendering it are separate charges, and generated B-roll scenes are charged too.
One reel usually shows up as more than one charge on your balance. That's expected — a reel is built in stages, and you pay for the work each stage does.
The two main charges
- Creating the reel — writing the script and producing the spoken avatar and voice happen first, as one charge, before the reel starts building.
- Rendering the reel — turning the finished edit into the final video is a separate charge, taken when you release it to render.
Splitting them is deliberate: you can create, preview, and edit a reel for a known cost, and only pay to render once you're happy with it.
Why some reels cost more
If your reel uses generated B-roll, each generated scene is its own charge on top of the two above. More scenes means more charges. Reels that reuse existing footage or a talking-head clip don't incur that.
Reading your history
In your credit history, each line names what it was for — reel creation, a reel render, a carousel render, or an assistant turn. Together they add up to the total for one piece of content.
Every charge is shown to you before it happens; see what a reel costs for how the totals are built.
Do my credits expire at the end of the month or when I change plans?
No. Credits never expire — monthly allowances and top-ups always add to your balance, and canceling never takes them away.
What does a reel cost?
A reel has two charges — creating it and rendering it — and the exact amount depends on your choices. The app always shows the figure before you confirm.
