I clicked create and nothing happens
A reel takes several minutes to build. A progress card appears right away, so you can leave the page and come back — it isn't frozen.
Nothing's broken — a reel just takes a few minutes to make, and it works in the background.
Why it's not instant
A persona reel goes through several stages: writing the script, generating the voice, producing the avatar, selecting B-roll, and rendering. That's real work, so it runs for several minutes rather than finishing on the spot.
You're not staring at a blank screen
As soon as you submit, a progress card appears for the reel with a "working on it" state. You can leave the page, do something else, and come back — the card updates on its own and the reel lands in your Reels library when it's done. You don't need to keep the tab open.
If it seems stuck
If a reel has been in the "working on it" state far longer than a few minutes and never lands, treat it as stuck: try again with a fresh generation, and if it keeps happening, reach out from the FAQ home.

My interface is English but my posts come out in another language
The app's interface language and your brand's output language are two separate settings, on purpose. A brand's output language is set when you create it.
