Connect your accounts

There are two kinds of connections in Ikrames: social accounts (needed to publish) and optional bring-your-own-key integrations that make the output more personally yours.

Connect your social accounts

Open Brand Settings ▸ Socials. Each supported platform has a connect card that runs the platform's normal OAuth flow. Once a channel authorizes, it shows as connected for this brand and becomes available as a publishing target.

You need at least one connected account before you can publish or schedule. If you only want to create content for now, you can skip this and come back later.

Publishing is safe by default. New brands start in review mode — generated posts wait for your approval instead of going out automatically. You choose when (and whether) to switch a brand to automatic publishing. See Publish & schedule.

Optional: bring your own voice

By default your reels can use Ikrames' shared voice pool. To make them sound like you, add your own ElevenLabs voice:

1. Open the Voices library (sidebar ▸ Library ▸ Assets ▸ Voices).
2. In the key panel, paste your ElevenLabs API key. Only the last four characters are ever shown back; the key is stored encrypted.
3. With your key connected you can:
   • Adopt connected voices — pull voices straight from your ElevenLabs account,
   • Clone from a sample — upload an audio clip to clone a voice, or
   • Design a voice — describe a voice in words and generate one.
4. Set a voice as the brand default so reels use it automatically.

Voice cloning and design draw on ElevenLabs and may require your own key or plan. The panels tell you when a step needs one.

Optional: bring your own avatar (HeyGen digital twin)

If you have a HeyGen account with a Digital Twin, you can have your persona reels render on your own twin — spoken in your ElevenLabs voice, lip-synced to your audio.

1. Open Brand Settings ▸ Integrations.
2. Paste your HeyGen API key and click Connect & load twins — Ikrames validates the key and lists your private Digital-Twin looks.
3. Pick your look and save. Only the key's last four characters are shown back.

Once connected, this brand's persona-reel anchors render on your twin. The HeyGen generation runs on your HeyGen account's credit; Ikrames doesn't charge render credits for that step. If a brand has no twin configured, nothing changes — it uses the default avatar engine.

This is per-brand and owner/admin only. It's entirely optional — persona reels work without it using an avatar image you upload under Brand Settings ▸ Persona.
