How do credits work on the free plan?

New workspaces start with a batch of starter credits; paid plans add a monthly allowance, and you can buy more anytime.

Everything you generate or render in Ikrames spends credits, and your current balance is always shown in the sidebar.

Where your credits come from

  • A one-time starter grant. New workspaces begin with a batch of starter credits so you can try things right away.
  • A paid plan's monthly allowance. Paid plans add credits to your balance on each billing cycle.
  • Top-ups. You can buy more credits at any time.

Credits from all of these stack together, and they never expire.

Knowing what something costs

You never spend blind: the amount is shown before you confirm a generation or a render, and that figure is the source of truth. If you don't have enough, Ikrames prompts you to top up instead of starting a job it can't finish.

Tip. The number next to an action is what it costs; the sidebar balance is what you currently have. If the two don't line up with your expectations, reach out — but the pre-confirmation figure is always the one that's charged.
