Do my credits expire at the end of the month or when I change plans?
No. Credits never expire — monthly allowances and top-ups always add to your balance, and canceling never takes them away.
No — your credits never expire. This is different from most credit-based tools, which reset your balance every month. Ikrames doesn't.
Credits always add up
- A monthly allowance from a paid plan is added to whatever you already have — it never overwrites your balance.
- Top-ups you buy are added on top too.
- Changing plans carries your balance across unchanged.
What happens if you cancel
If you cancel a paid plan, your balance stays exactly as it is — you keep every credit you already have. Only your plan changes (it returns to free), which may limit some plan-gated features, but your credits are yours to spend whenever.
Not a reset date. If you see an upcoming date tied to your plan, that's when your next monthly allowance is added, not a day your credits disappear. Nothing is ever removed from your balance on that date.
