My credits ran out mid-generation — is that money gone?
You're only charged for work that actually ran. Steps that didn't complete are refunded, and a job won't start if you can't cover the minimum.
The short version: what ran is paid for; what didn't run comes back.
How charging and refunds work
A generation happens in steps, and each step is charged on its own. If a step fails partway, only that step is refunded — the steps that already produced work stay charged, because the work was done. Refunds are automatic and go back to your balance.
A job won't strand you
Ikrames checks your balance before it begins. If you can't cover the minimum a job needs, it doesn't start at all — you get a clear "not enough credits" prompt instead of a half-finished result. So you won't run dry in the middle of a fresh job you couldn't afford.
The assistant follows the same rule
When you ask Aurea to do something, a turn that stops before it produces any output is refunded automatically. Once it has started producing a result, that turn is charged — the work was underway.
One thing that isn't refunded
If you ask for several carousel variants, you pay for each one you asked to generate. The variants you don't pick are archived (kept, not deleted) but not refunded — you chose to explore more options. Ask for fewer variants if you want to spend less.
Still think a charge is wrong? The figure shown before each action is what's charged; if something doesn't add up, get in touch from the FAQ home.
What does a reel cost?
A reel has two charges — creating it and rendering it — and the exact amount depends on your choices. The app always shows the figure before you confirm.
How do I buy more credits?
Buy credits from the top-up modal — it opens automatically when you're short, or you can open it from Settings. Purchased credits add to your balance and never expire.
