Publish & schedule
Send your content to your social accounts — on your approval, or on a schedule you set.
Once you've made something, it lives in Content (sidebar ▸ Content ▸ List), scoped to the current brand. From there you publish or schedule it to the social accounts you connected earlier.
Schedule a post
- Open Content and pick an item, or open it from wherever you created it.
- Choose the target platform(s) and a time.
- It lands on your Calendar (sidebar ▸ Content ▸ Calendar), where you can see everything scheduled, posted, or failed, and filter by status.
The Schedules page gives you a compact queue view: what's upcoming and what was recently posted or failed. You can cancel anything that hasn't gone out yet.
Review vs. automatic
Every brand has a publish mode, set in Brand Settings ▸ Socials:
- Review (default). Nothing goes out on its own. Generated and planned posts wait for your explicit approval — you stay in control while you build trust in the output.
- Automatic. Approved plans and clips publish on schedule without a manual step. You opt into this per brand, with a clear warning, when you're ready.
Safe by default. A brand only auto-publishes when you deliberately switch it to Automatic. Until then, everything holds for your review — so you'll never be surprised by a post you didn't approve.
If a post fails, open Logs (sidebar ▸ System ▸ Logs) to see why and retry it.
Hands-off: recurring & auto-planned content
When you want Ikrames to keep the calendar full for you, use Plans (sidebar ▸ System ▸ Plans):
- Recurring plans — set a template, a pillar, target platforms, and weekday/time slots; Ikrames generates and schedules new posts on that cadence.
- Auto-Planner — generate a whole week at once (a mix of formats and topics matched to your brand, with product slots woven in), review the positions, and approve the batch against your credit balance in one step.
Both are opt-in: a brand generates nothing automatically until you turn on a cadence, and nothing publishes automatically until you also switch the brand to Automatic publish mode. The two gates are independent on purpose — you can auto-generate while still reviewing every post before it goes out.
