Planning and organizing content

Capture ideas, track everything you've made, and plan posts ahead with Ideas, Content, Calendar, Plans, and Schedules.

Ikrames keeps everything you're working on in a few connected views. Ideas is where thoughts start, Content is everything you've made, Calendar and Schedules show what's going out, and Plans is where you set up recurring or whole-week generation.

Quick map. /plans is the content planner (recurring plans + the weekly Auto-Planner). /schedules is a read-only queue of posts going out. Neither is billing — your plan and credits live on the Settings page.

Capture and triage ideas

Open Ideas from the sidebar. Every idea is a row you can filter by status (raw, refined, in production, used, archived) and search by keyword. Toggle between a List and a Board view, and select rows to delete in bulk. Ideas arrive from a few sources — typed by hand, suggested by Aurea, dictated by voice, or imported — each marked with a small icon.

Click any idea to open its detail view, where you turn it into content: pick a template, and Ikrames drafts a script for you to review and render.

See everything you've made

Content is the master table of every content item for the brand — drafts, scheduled, posted, and failed. Filter by status, search, and open any item to see its slides, caption, and current state. Select several to move them between statuses, download them as a zip, or delete them. Use the view switcher to jump straight to the Calendar.

Check what's scheduled

Calendar shows your posts on a day, week, or month grid. Filter by status (scheduled, posted, failed) and by platform, step through periods, and click any post to open its details. Drafts don't appear here — the calendar only shows posts that have a date. Click a day to quick-create a post for it.

Set up recurring generation

Plans is the content planner. A recurring plan pairs a template, an optional content pillar, your platforms, and a set of weekday + time slots. Choose how topics are seeded — from a list you paste, from your idea pool, or generated from a pillar — and Ikrames generates and schedules content on that cadence for you. Each plan can be paused, resumed, or run once as a test, and shows its next run time.

Note. Plans and the Auto-Planner need at least one connected social account and a template. Connect your channels first — see connect your accounts.

Plan a whole week at once

The Auto-Planner panel at the top of Plans builds an entire week from one click. It's opt-in: pick a weekly cadence of 3, 5, or 7 posts — it stays off by default. Generate, and you get a week of positions, each with a day, a format, a content type (carousel or reel), a topic, and an optional product to feature. Edit or skip any position, then approve once. Approval sums the credit cost and checks your balance; if you're short on credits, it won't run.

Approve first, or post automatically

The Autopilot toggle on Plans decides what happens to plan-generated content. It's off by default: posts wait for your approval — you'll find them as review cards on the calendar. Switch it on and generated posts are scheduled automatically. When those posts actually publish to your channels depends on your publish settings — see publishing.

Your post queue

Schedules is a read-only queue in two sections: upcoming (scheduled, soonest first) and recent (posted or failed). You can cancel a still-scheduled post and retry a failed one; everything else is view-only. For the same posts laid out by date, use the Calendar.

Review a script before it renders

When you turn an idea into content, it opens in script review. Edit each slide's text, regenerate a slide, an item, or the caption, and swap the photo on any image slide (from your pool, a stock search, or an upload). Adjust the caption and hashtags, tune the framing pattern and pillar to re-fill the draft, then render — or generate a fresh variant. Rendered slides land back in your Content list.

Next: make a carousel, plan reels, or set up publishing.
