Insights & Aurea
Your brand's analytics home, plus Aurea — the in-app AI assistant you reach from a chat bubble or a full-page Setup Assistant.
Two things live here: Insights, where you see how your posts are doing, and Aurea, the AI assistant built into the app that can answer questions and — on a paid plan — actually make and plan content for you.
What the Insights page shows
Open Insights from the sidebar. It's your brand's analytics home: a header, an overview of headline metrics, and charts you can toggle into to see a metric trend over time. Every number is real and scoped to the brand you're currently viewing — Insights reads your brand's own post metrics.
There are no invented "top performers" or made-up trend patterns. If a number isn't backed by real data, it doesn't appear.
Why Insights can look empty
Insights is honest by design. If your brand hasn't posted anything yet, there's nothing to measure — so instead of fake numbers you'll see honest empty states: dashes (—), a "no posts yet" note, and discreet hints where a chart would go. Real figures fill in as your posts collect engagement.
Insights is per brand, so pick a brand first. With no brand active, the page asks you to choose one.
Note. To start collecting metrics, you need posts going out. See Publishing to connect accounts and schedule.
Meet Aurea, your in-app assistant
Aurea is Ikrames's built-in AI assistant. You reach it two ways that share one live conversation per brand — so whatever you start in the bubble continues on the full page, and vice versa. What Aurea can do depends on your plan and how far your brand setup has come (see below).
Open Aurea from the chat bubble (⌘J / Ctrl+J)
Once a brand is active, a round Aurea button sits at the bottom-right corner of the app. Click it — or press ⌘J (Ctrl+J on Windows/Linux) — to open a chat panel: a floating panel on desktop, a full-screen sheet on mobile. Press Esc to close it.
The bubble follows you as you move around the app and keeps your conversation open across pages. It only appears when a brand is active, so pick a brand first.
The full-page Setup Assistant
The same conversation also has a roomy, full-width home — the Setup Assistant page. Open it from the command palette (⌘K) and choose it from the list. Like the bubble, it needs an active brand.
Aurea's mode depends on your plan and setup
Aurea picks one of three modes automatically:
- Setup mode — while your brand's core identity isn't filled in yet, Aurea walks you through it conversationally (voice, audience, visuals, basics, platforms) and writes your answers straight into the brand. Free.
- Support mode — once setup is complete, on the Free plan Aurea answers questions (how things work, pricing, credits, finding your way around) but can't create or change anything. It'll point you to upgrade for the full assistant. Free.
- Full Aurea — on a paid plan, once setup is complete, Aurea becomes a full assistant that can actually make and plan content. Each message spends credits.
Note. The full, do-things Aurea is a paid feature. On the Free plan you get Aurea in support mode — helpful for questions, but it won't generate content or edit your brand until you upgrade.
What you can ask the full Aurea to do
On a paid plan, once your brand is set up, you can ask Aurea to:
- Generate a reel, carousel, image, or video from a plain-language brief.
- Plan a batch — Aurea proposes a multi-asset plan as a card you approve before anything runs. See Planning.
- Work with ideas — list, create, update, or generate fresh topic ideas.
- Build a campaign — a set of on-brand creatives you can reopen later.
- Draft or refine your brand brief.
- Publish — Aurea can send a post out, but publishing always asks for your approval first. See Publishing.
Full Aurea charges credits per message, so you always know a turn had a cost.
Note. Aurea only ever acts on your active brand. Switch brands in the top bar to point it elsewhere — each brand keeps its own conversation.
