Data & privacy

Export your data, understand what account deletion removes, and how your content and cloned voices are handled.

This page covers getting your data out, removing your account, and how your content is processed. For anything binding, the privacy policy is the authoritative version.

Export your data

Request a data export from Settings ▸ Account. It's a JSON file with your text content and metadata (brands, ideas, content items, scripts, and their details). It does not bundle your media files — download finished videos and images from your library directly. The download link is time-limited; request a fresh one if it expires. See what's in my data export?

Delete your account

Account deletion is immediate and permanent — there's no grace period, no trash, and no undo. In one action it cancels your plan and removes your brands, content, media, cloned voices, and connected social accounts. The only safeguard is typing your workspace name to confirm.

Export before you delete. Deletion cannot be reversed — see I deleted something by accident. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead; it keeps all your work.

Your cloned voice

If you cloned a voice, it lives at our voice provider (ElevenLabs). When you delete your account, Ikrames also asks the provider to delete it (best-effort — if that call fails, your account deletion still completes and the failure is logged).

How your content is processed

We don't train our own models on your content. How third-party AI providers handle your data depends on the provider — so, precisely rather than sweepingly:

  • With our text provider (Anthropic), inputs aren't used to train their models.
  • With our image and video provider, Ikrames technically instructs the service not to retain your inputs and outputs.
  • Other providers follow their own terms.

The per-provider list of who processes what is in the privacy policy. See also what happens to my cloned voice, and do you train AI on my content?
